Pay My Bill - Payment Locations
You are always welcome to stop by any of our three offices to drop off your payment. All of our offices have drive through windows. Our office hours are 8a.m. to 5p.m., and each office has a drop box for you to make payments after hours and on weekends. Payments placed in the drop box will be posted the next business day.
NOTE: If you pay at the drive-thru windows you can only pay by cash, check, or money order. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, you will need to come inside the office and use one of our kiosks.

To make paying your electric bill even more convenient, we have authorized two companies, MoneyGram Express Pay and Fidelity Express, to accept payments. You can now pay your bill while you are out running errands and have it credited to your account the same day.

MoneyGram is a high-performance payment and financial services company that is trusted by businesses, financial institutions and agents around the world. They have thousands of agent locations nationwide, including Wal-Mart and CVS. Bills will be credited within 10 minutes for PowerUP Members and the same business day for Standard Service Members.
For many MoneyGram Express Pay locations, including Wal-Mart, you will start by completing a blue ExpressPayment form with the following information:
Receive Code: 7478
Account Number: Your account number
Company Name: Farmers Electric Cooperative
City/State: Greenville, TX
At other MoneyGram Express Pay locations, such as CVS/pharmacy, please follow these steps:
Pick up the red MoneyGram phone - it will auto dial MoneyGram Customer Service.
When prompted for the transaction type, select Pay a Bill from the menu list.
Enter your telephone number.
You will be connected to a live MoneyGram agent who will ask you to confirm your telephone number, name, address, account number, the amount of your payment and the receive code of Farmers Electric Cooperative (Receive Code is 7478).
You will receive important details from the MoneyGram agent – write them down.
Take all details to the cashier at the retail location who will collect the cash and the MoneyGram service fee, and complete the payment. MoneyGram charges a fee of $2.80 at Walmart and $2.95 at all other MoneyGram Express Pay locations. At Walmart you can pay with cash or debit card. At other locations you will need to pay with cash only.

Note: If you are paying late and it is after the due date on our Termination Notice, please call 903-455-1715 with your MoneyGram confirmation number to avoid having your service interrupted.
Fidelity Express is a full service financial services company. Fidelity’s XPressPay walk-in bill payment service can be found at many neighborhood retailers who display the Fidelity XPressPay sign.
You will need to take your bill stub to the clerk, and he/she will image the stub when you make your payment and return it to you with your proof of payment receipt. Keep the validated receipt in case verification is necessary. Payments made between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. will be updated every 15 minutes. Fidelity Express accepts check or money order. Fidelity Express charges a fee of $1.50 for the service.
