How can I make payments?
Farmers Electric Cooperatives makes it convenient for our members to make payments. We offer several different options:
Online - Payments must be at least $5 online.
Phone: Call 800-541-2662 and ask for a customer service representative. Payments must be at least $5 by phone.

You can always drop by one of our three offices in Greenville, Sulphur Springs and Wylie, to make a payment.
The automated phone or MyUsage.com link will reflect your true PowerUP pre-paid account balance. If you submit your Visa or Mastercard payment via Farmers EC’s website, please be aware that the post-paid account balances are displayed, not the pre-paid.
Farmers EC now has additional options for making payments to your account. You may visit any Fidelity XpressPay site or MoneyGram location. For a complete list of Fidelity XpressPay sites or to find the nearest MoneyGram location, visit www.farmerselectric.coop/accountAccess/myBill/payMyBill/waysToPayLocations.aspx. These payment options have minimum service fees and will post daily until 10 p.m.
If you have been disconnected for a negative balance:
- In most cases, Farmers EC will restore your service the same day if sufficient payment is made by 12 p.m. (noon). If service is not restored within 2 hours after sufficient payment has been credited, please contact Farmers EC at 903-455-1715.
- If sufficient payment is made after 12 p.m., your service may not be restored the same day. Should your services not be restored the same day payment is made, you will need to call our office at 903-455-1715 no earlier than 8 a.m. the next day.
- Farmers EC will dispatch personnel to investigate and restore your service when appropriate.
