Do you still receive your monthly electric bill by mail? Now Farmers EC offers you another option, paperless billing, that saves time, money and is even good for the environment.

One convenient feature of paperless billing is, since you receive your bill by e-mail each month, you will be able to access your bill any time, any place, even if you are out of town. You can even access your bill on your iPhone or Android. When you enroll in paperless billing, each month you will receive an e-mail stating that your bill is ready to to be viewed online. Click on the link, log in to your account and you can view your bill and pay it online. No writing a check or hunting for a stamp.

Another benefit is it’s a secure way for you to receive your bill because it leaves no paper trail of your account. Our site is secure and password protected.

How to enroll in Farmers EC’s paperless billing online:

1. Go to our website, www.farmerselectric.coop, click on the Account Access button and log in to your personal Farmers EC account;
2. On the left side of the screen, you will find a list of options. Click on “Stop/Start Print Bill” and deselect “Send Me A Statement by Mail.” If you have multiple accounts you will need to deselect each account.
3. Click on the update box beneath your account information. After you click on update you will receive an e-mail confirming that you no longer wish to receive your bill by mail.

Note: You will be responsible for making payments on your account even if you do not receive an e-mail. You will need to ensure your email address is up to date.
