Electric Service - Transfer Service
If you are transferring your existing service to a new member, they must fill out the application for new service. All membership/application fees must be paid before service can be transferred to the new member.
If you are transferring service to an existing member, please have the existing member contact a customer service representative at 903-455-1715 during regular business hours. Please note that your service will not be transferred to an existing member with a past due balance. To be eligible to take over your service, the member cannot have a past due balance.
